The sweet taste of Raspberries with a slight taste of Key Lime and a finish of just the right amount of zing from Datil Peppers, but without having to deal with those damn little raspberry seeds. Excellent to use as a glaze on pork chops, rack of lamb or fish. Great over cream cheese with crackers.
